Rogue’s quality KG Training Plates are now officially certified by the International Weightlifting Federation; a recognition that’s on par with a restaurant earning its Michelin stars. Each of these color-coded bumpers is an IWF standard 450MM in diameter, with a narrow plate width that allows for more weight to be loaded on the bar.
